How to fit in daily bread and potatoes
How to fit in occasional "sweets"
Grocery store tour/dining out (with a registered dietition)
- Fears and feelings
- Complications
Retinopathy (eye damage)
Nephropathy (kidney damage)
Neuropathy (nerve damage)
Amputations
- Emergencies/Sick-day Management
Hypoglycemia (low blood sugar)
Hyperglycemia (high blood sugar)
- Exercise
- Travel
- Foot Care/Good Hygiene
- Health Care/Community Resources
- Total Physical Assessment
- Blood glucose monitoring
- Long-term follow-up

Fees are billed to your insurance, Medicare or Medicaid.
